Take a Kid Mtb Day 09

We had an amazing day, doubling our numbers from previous years, each kid won a prize, we didn't get drenched with rain and actually had sun shine, the whole mountain bike community came together for an awesome day.

Thanks to Cascade Bicycle Club, Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance, IMBA, Wells Fargo, Team Dirt Corps, the Luna Chix, Team 529, Parks and Recreation O2, South Park Community Center, Saint Edward State Park, Joel Moreland, Luciano Worl, the Edicks, the Goulets, JDSweet Productions, Black Diamond Bike Shop, Bothell Ski & Bike, and Redline Bikes.

Colonnade with O2 Program

March 27 we did our first training camp at Colonnade with the Parks and Rec O2 Program. Anna Lisa who won a bike at Take a Kid Mountain Biking Day in October was there as well as Andy, the sherdder. and Sara my youth program assistant from Cascade, Jon from BBTC, and Matt from O2. We had a great time working on balance, teeters, log piles, and drops.
